These terms apply to the Texas Rides concept website. Texas Rides is a startup idea in development. The site presents a proposed transportation platform and an interactive prototype; it does not currently offer reservations, payments, dispatch, or transportation through this website.
Trip requests
Exploring matches or copying a trip summary does not submit a ride request or create a reservation. Sample departure schedules repeat for each selected date and do not represent available drivers, riders, vehicles, or seats.
Quotes and itinerary changes
All demo fares and durations are invented examples for comparing the concept. They are not market benchmarks, quotes, promises of savings, or offers for transportation. Any future service would need to confirm the actual itinerary, total price, availability, and operating terms before a booking.
Travel information
The prototype uses city-level routes and local matching rules. It does not use live traffic, flight information, map routing, or an AI model. Actual travel times would depend on pickup locations, traffic, weather, and other conditions.
Roadmap and safety
AI intake, forecasting, screening, insurance arrangements, pickup codes, live trip sharing, event alerts, and human support are planned capabilities. They are not implemented by the demo. AI would assist human review and would not guarantee safety. Route descriptions, generated imagery, and interface illustrations do not establish an active service, operating authorization, customers, partnerships, or investment performance.
